NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE

Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 28, 2005, from Roy A. Potter and Brenda F. Potter to E. Dennis White, Jr., Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5019, at page 9481, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $74,379.46, payable to Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia, on October 24, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, all that certain real estate, together with improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 15 of Section 18 of the Lilly Land Company Addition No. 1 to the City of Beckley, a map of which is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Deed Book No. 56, at page 239.

Being the same property devised to Brenda Faye Akers Potter, by Will dated August 23, 1984 from Ivan Dillard Akers recorded in Will Book 37 Page 716, Raleigh County, WV.

Together with a 2006 Giles Manufactured Home, Identification Nos. GM6167A and GM6167B.

Terms of the sale: Certified funds or cash due on date of sale.
