Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of LEVI SMITH M69, WILLIAM CRADDOCK M57, STEPHON SMITH C41, CHRISTOPHER BARTOLI S61, WILLIAM EASTER S112, & ANGELA HARVEY F 32.
Public Auction will take place at, 363 Market Road Beckley, Wed. Oct. 23, 2024 at 10:00am, and 475 Cranberry Drive, Beckley, 612 Stanaford Road, Beckley, & 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10% buyer’s premium (or $10 minimum) for this auction.
