PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT THE City of Oak Hill’s Board of Zoning Appeals at its meeting of Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. will consider the following request for a Use & Variance Permits, in the Council meeting room at Oak Hill City Hall.
U-129-25-1: Request of Ricki McCalister, Owner for a Conditional Use Permit as required by Section 15.10.040 Land Use Table for a Dwelling, Manufactured Home or Structure (Double Wide or Larger) in a R-2 Medium Density Residential District at 181 Ford Street, Oak Hill, WV.
V-118-25-1: Request of Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene, owner for a Variance to requirements of Section 15.38.020 (f) to allow the construction of an Accessory Structure exceeding 672 sq. ft. in in a R-2 Medium Density Residential District at 3249 East Main Street, Oak Hill, WV.
V-119-25-1: Request of Ricki McCalister, Owner for a Variance from Section 15.40.050 to place a dwelling on a lot which does not abut a street at 181 Ford Street, Oak Hill, WV.
