The object of the above entitled action is to Change Name of Austin Blake Cline to Austin Blake Gibson
ORDERED that anyone having any objections to the aforesaid name change do appear and serve upon Austin Blake Cline petitioner, whose address is PO Box 1826, Oceana, WV 24870 an answer or other defense to the petition filed in this action on or before December 4, 2024, otherwise the petitioner will be granted the relief prayed for in this petition. A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in the City of Pineville in said County and State. Hearing may be rescheduled without further notice.
