NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of November, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Scott Mays for the purpose of a second residence on property located at 160 Laurelwood Lane, Shady Spring, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 2004, Parcel 108, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
