NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 12th day of November, 2024, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Alvetta Chapman/Crystal Bostic for the purpose of a conditional use permit for a second residence and Variance for a single wide mobile home in an (R2) zone on property located at 220 Corregidor Road, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 6003, Parcel 97, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
