It is hereby ordered that Isaac Chalender serve upon Adrienne Mullins, Circuit Clerk’s Office, whose address is 222 Main Street, Beckley, WV 25801, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before November 25, 2024. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Allocation of Custodial Responsibility, a judgment may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
