NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given by the City of Beckley (City) that a Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha St., Beckley, WV, on November 26, 2024 at 6:30 pm concerning the adoption of an Ordinance authorizing City of Beckley to enter into an agreement with Raleigh County Commission regarding terms of transfer of Pinecrest Property, said Ordinance to be considered for adoption by Common Council following the Public Hearing.

The Public is invited to attend the Public Hearing and comment on the Ordinance.

A copy of the Ordinance may be viewed at City Hall Monday thru Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.

CITY OF WELCH – CDBG
APPLICATION

The City of Welch will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. at the Welch City Hall located at 88 Howard Street, Welch, WV. The purpose of the meeting is to obtain citizen input, comments, or opinions relative to activities the city should include in an application seeking PY2024 State/HUD Community Development Block Grant funding for activities related to the Welch CSO Removal project.
