BLUEFIELD STATE UNIVERSITY HEREBY REQUEST
FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST # REOI BSUMECA 2024 FOR
ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR CONVERSION
OF A BUILDING AND OTHER PHASES AS NEEDED
FOR BUILDINGS LOCATED AT THE UNIVERSITIES’ MEDICAL EDUCATION CENTER.
Bluefield State University is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified design professionals to provide Architectural/Engineering Services to include design and construction phase administration for a multi-phased project. Phase A will be the conversion of a multi-story office building into a student residence housing unit. Additional phases may include services for the renovation of other buildings and infrastructure. The site is located at 450 Cherry Street at the University Medical Education Center.
Expressions of interest for the performance of the services shall be submitted by 12/12/2024 at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
