RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 19th day of December, 2024 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing to rezone approx. 26.26 acres of property upon the application of Go Mart, Inc. for the purpose of a Convenience Store with Gas, Restaurant, Truck Stop/Travel Plaza, Retail Store, Hotel & Medical Offices. The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Rural/Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (B1) Business/Commercial. The property to be affected is located along Flat Top Road & Odd Road, Ghent, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 46, Parcels 11.5, 22, 23, 24, 24.1, 24.2, 25.1 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
