The object of the above entitled action is to revocer possession of the property located at 200 Loflin St., Mabscott, Raleigh County, West Virginia 25801 in that the above-named respondents are wrongful occupying such property as tenants.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Judy Troutt & Any/All Unknown Occupants and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that Judy Troutt & Any/All Unknown Occupants do serve upon Charles Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before a hearing on January 13th, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Judy Troutt & Any/All Unknown Occupants at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
