Parsons, magistrate, whose address is 100 Church Street, Suite 3, Fayetteville, WV, an Answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before JANUARY 30, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Aimee Pack at any time thereafter.
