The object of the above entitled action is a Complaint for Specific Performance of the real estate owned by Jamar Braxton, their heirs known and unknown. Plaintiff, by verified Plaintiff, state that they do not know whereabouts of the Defendant, his heirs, successors or assigns.
It is ORDERED that Defendant, his heirs, successors or assigns, appear and serve upon Laura Richmond Moye, counsel for Plaintiffs, whose address is 112 Main Street Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the Petition filed in this action on or before February 24, 2025; otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office in Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
