Notice of Application
Notice is given that Itmann Mining Company LP has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class 2 Administrative Update for a coal preparation plant located along WV-16 / Guyandotte Ave, near Itmann, in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.56788, -81.44930.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Modification of operations will commence upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
