NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of February, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Darrell Ford/Agent: Jacob Fink for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a Office/Shop/Storage on property located at 1039 Airport Road, Beaver, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 7, Parcel 13, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
