The object of the above-entitled action is for violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances. The Defendant, his heirs, successors, an/or assigns, are the recorded owner of the subject property. The subject property is identified on tax maps of Raleigh County in the City of Beckley District, on Map 10, as Parcel 69. The property has an address of 119 Quarry Street, Beckley, West Virgina. Being the same property conveyed to Gene Arthur James, by Deed of Elizabeth Crystal Dawn Bolen, dated August 31, 2020,of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County in Book 5072, at page 4998.
It appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that the location of the Defendant is unknown, or that there may be defendant(s) unknown and Defendant(s) who are nonresidents of the State for whom no agent or appointed or statutory agent or attorney in fact is found in the State upon whom service may be had to plaintiff. It is ORDERED that defendant(s), known and unknown, which may claim any interest in the above-mentioned property, appear before the Municipal Court of the City of Beckley, and Judge Matthew Fragile. It is hereby notified that on the March 10, 2025 at 2:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard, the City of Beckley, will appear before the Municipal County of the City of Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia, Judge Fragile, at 169 Industrial Drive, Beckley, West Virginia, for the further proceeding with respect to said violations of the City of Beckley Municipal Code of Ordinances.
