This civil action arises from injuries that were sustained in an automobile accident on January 22, 2024, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. It is hereby ordered that Defendant Michael Compton serve upon Bernard E. Layne, III of Mani, Ellis & Layne, PLLC, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 1266, Charleston, WV 25325, an Answer, including any related counterclaim you may have, to the Complaint filed against you in the above styled civil action. You are required to serve your answer within thirty (30) days after this notification. If you fail to do so; thereafter judgment, upon proper hearing and trial, will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
