The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 254 Seneca Drive, Raleigh County, West Virginia, in that the above-named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of Carly Dickerson and all other occupants and all efforts have been in vain.
Therefore it is ordered that Carly Dickerson do serve upon Magistrate Matthew Epling, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before March 14, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., otherwise judgment by default will be taken against Carly Dickerson at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
