PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, at a regular meeting on March 29, 2021 at 2:00pm or immediately thereafter will consider the following matters.
The hearings will be held on the main floor of the Fayette County Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building located at 200 W. Maple Ave. Fayetteville, WV. Public Comment or protest will be heard at the meeting.
Amendment to the Fayette County Comprehensive Plan for the purpose of consideration of amending the Route 19 Corridor Management Plan from the Fayette County Comprehensive Plan. The purpose of the Amendment is to review the Route 19 Corridor Management Plan for update.
Amendment to the Fayette County Unified Development Code, Section 9005, U.S. Route 19, U.S. Route 60, and Route 16 Corridor Overlay District. The purpose of consideration of amendment is to consider U.S. Route 19, U.S. Route 60, and Route 16 Corridor Overlay District for update.
ALSO PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 9th day of April, 2021 at a regular meeting of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia, to be held at the Courthouse thereof at 9:30am, or soon thereafter, as the matter may be heard, the County Commission will hold a public hearing on the Amendment to the Fayette County Comprehensive Plan, as well as on the Amendment to the Fayette County Zoning Ordinance.
Copies of the full text of the Fayette County Route 19 Corridor Management Plan as well as Copies of the Unified Development Code Section 9005, U.S. Route 19, U.S. Route 60, and Route 16 Corridor Overlay District, may be examined in the Fayette County Clerk’s Office, Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, WV between 8:00 am, and 4:00pm.
