Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 7:00 pm in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1:  The Board will consider the request and application of Thomas Curry for a Special Exception and Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance.  The appellant request permission to place a single-wide manufactured home along with rear lot setbacks variance  at 287 River View Rd. Alderson.  The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 385 on Page 387 and shown on Tax Map 12K as Parcel 8.
