The object of the above-entitled action is a PARTITION SUIT on real estate more particularly described in deed dated January 3, 1928, in which R. T. Hubbard conveyed the subject real estate to Ella S. Shumaker, which deed is of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Fayette County, West Virginia in Deed Book 65, at page 103, and it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Rebecca G. Neal is the Plaintiff and verifies that she has read and knows the contents of the subject Complaint; it is ordered that Kyle Shumaker, Tina Fox Raines, and John “Mutt” Fox, II, their successors or assigns do serve upon Paul O. Clay, Jr., Attorney at Law, Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is P. O. Box 746, Fayetteville, West Virginia 25840, an answer or other defense to the Complaint filed in this action on or before the March 20, 2025, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against them at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
