C.N.T., a juvenile 16 years of age, will make application to Judge Robert A. Waters at the third floor Judgeás Chambers, in the Wood County Judicial Annex, #2 Government Square, Parkersburg, Wood County, West Virginia, to change her name of C.N.T., on October 9, 2015, at 1:00 p.m.
Any person who is likely to be injured by this change of name or knows of any reason why this change should not be granted may appear at the above stated time and place and be heard in opposition to such change of name. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
