NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 11th day of March, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Charles & Susan Cox for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a second residence on property located at 128 Rutledge Road, Princewick, WV, Slab Fork District, Tax Map 11, Parcel 83.1 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above.
