This application has been submitted for: Transfer, assignment or sale on Permit No(s) 0500315, 0500415 from ELK RUN COAL COMPANY, LLC, PO BOX 457, 370 PACKSVILLE MARFORK ROAD, WHITESVILLE, WV 25209.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and be sent to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) at the address above. Comments received by March 30, 2025 or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
