The object of the above entitled action is to recover possession of the property located at 113 Poplar Street Apt 2, Beckley, Raleigh County, West Virginia in that the above named respondent(s) is/are wrongfully occupying such property as tenant(s).
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that it appearing by an Affidavit of Unknown Residency filed in this action that due diligence has been used to ascertain the address or whereabouts of John Ferrell and all other occupants and all efforts have been in vain. Therefore it is ordered that John Ferrell do serve upon John Humphrey, magistrate, whose address is 222 Main Street, First Floor, Beckley, WV 25801, an answer or other defense to the complaint filed in this action on or before April 4, 2025 @ 2:00 pm, otherwise judgment by default will be taken against John Ferrell at any time thereafter. A copy of said complaint can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at her office.
