NOTICE OF FILING
On February 7, 2025, Whitecap Waste Holdings, LLC (Whitecap) and Fly-By-Nite Disposal Service, Inc. (Fly-By-Nite) (collectively Petitioners) jointly requested consent from the Public Service Commission of West Virginia for the purchase of 100% of the stock of Fly-By-Nite by Whitecap.
Anyone desiring to protest or intervene should file a written protest or request to intervene within ten (10) days following the date of publication unless otherwise modified by Commission Order. Requests to intervene must comply with the Commission rules on intervention set forth in the Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure.
