ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Region I Planning & Development Council (PDC) is soliciting sealed bids for a new, unused 2025 Nissan Pathfinder (or equivalent). The PDC will receive sealed bids until 2:30 p.m. on April 11, 2025, wherein such bids will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after 2:30 p.m. will not be accepted.

The vehicle must at a minimum have the following features/specifications:

Active lane keep assist technology
Active lane centering/cruise control support
Driver attention alert technology
Guidelines:
All vendors are requested to submit the following documents as part of their Bid:
1. Technical Specifications Sheet and/or Brochure outlining the vehicle’s features.
2. Detailed Pricing for the vehicle, including any optional accessories. *The PDC is exempt from West
Virginia Sales Taxes.
3. Warranty, including details on any ongoing maintenance packages.
4. Delivery Timeline outlining the expected delivery schedule from award of contract to final vehicle delivery.
