NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 8th day of April, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Xue Ni for the purpose of a Conditional Use Permit for a 4 Townhouses on property located at 1131 Sherman Heights, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 1009, Parcels 34 & 35, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
