To the heirs, beneficiaries, or any persons claiming an interest in the estate of DANIEL EDWARD LOONEY, late of Roane County, West Virginia.
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the Roane County Circuit Court Case No. CC-44-2025-P-20, seeking the determination of heirs of the estate of DANIEL EDWARD LOONEY. If you believe you are an heir or have any claim to the estate, you must present proof of your relationship and interest to the court no later than Thursday, April 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Failure to respond within the prescribed time may result in the court proceeding without further notice, and the estate assets being distributed accordingly.
