Project Description:
• Appalachian Regional Healthcare (the “Owner”) is seeking proposals from qualified design-build firms for the design and construction of the Summers County ARH Emergency Department at 115 Summers Hospital Road, Hinton, West Virginia, 25951.
Project Scope:
• The project is proposed to include the renovation of approximately 2,700 square feet of space, the addition of approximately 2,600 square feet of space and 6,500 square feet of site work.

• All proposals must be sealed and clearly marked with “ARH-Summers County Emergency Department Renovation – Design-Build Proposal”.
• The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
