Notice of Application
Notice is given that Diversified Production LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a class II update, for a natural gas compressor station located off Upper Sandlick Rd., near Harper, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.82655 and -81.28844.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Alteration of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
