NOTICE OF APPLICATION OF CHANGE OF NAME:
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of April, 2025, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, Adonis Angelo Antonio Simmons will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Raleigh County, WV at the Raleigh County Judicial Center, located at 222 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Beckley, West Virginia therefore in the chambers of the Honorable Michael Froble, Circuit Court Judge of Raleigh County, West Virginia for the entry of an Order by said Court changing the name from Adonis Angelo Antonio Simmons to Lord Adonis Ariano Azrael Simmons. Any person who has an objection to the change of said name for any reason may appear at the time and place set forth above and shall be heard in opposition to such change.
A copy of said petition can be obtained from the undersigned Clerk at his office.
