NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Common Council of the City of Beckley will accept sealed bids for (4) – 2025 Ford Explorer Police Responders and (2) – 2024 Ford Truck F-150 Series Police Responders. The Police Responders will be used by the City of Beckley Police Department. Funding for this project is available through the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, 2024 BJA – Byrne Discretionary Community Project Grants/Byrne Discretionary Grants Program.

Sealed bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on May 13, 2025. Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud during the City of Beckley Common Council meeting at 6:30 p.m., May 13, 2025. Sealed bids may be hand delivered to:
