Request for Bids

Fayetteville Town Hall Tile
Replacement

The Town of Fayetteville is seeking bids for the removal of existing tile and installation of new tile at its Town Hall located at 125 North Court. This work will include any necessary subfloor work, including leveling. The Town will provide materials including 16” by 16” tile, self-leveler, thin set and sanded grout needed for the work. Bids should include labor for the removal of existing tile and rearranging furniture and equipment. The Town is requesting that all work be completed within thirty (30) calendar days from the start. The total price including all fees must be included in the Final Bid Amount. Bids must be submitted by Thursday, May 1, 2025, by 4:00 p.m., in order to be considered. Bids will be opened at a regularly scheduled meeting of the Fayetteville Town Council on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
