A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at the Fayette County Courthouse 100 N. Court St. Fayetteville, WV 25840, Commission Chambers.
Proposals should be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal, PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on May 14th, 2025 at or shortly after 10:00 a.m.
The commission requires bidders to use Beacon Bid to view asbestos reports, pose inquires, and receive updates and notifications. Beacon Bid is a free service. Information can be found on our website

This demolition program is part of the REAP Demolition Grant. The demolition will be contracted per location if grant funding allows and project will have to be complete by August 30, 2025.
