NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S SALE
Under authority of that certain Deed of Trust dated October 30, 2020, from Caleb Andrew Brooks and Angela Lynn Brooks to Gavin Ward, Trustee, of record in the office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia on Roll No. 5072, at page 6891, securing a promissory note in the principal amount of $69,676.12, payable to 21st Mortgage Corporation, and default having been made under the promissory note secured by the aforesaid Deed of Trust and sale requested by 21st Mortgage Corporation, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at the front door of the Raleigh County Courthouse in Beckley, West Virginia on May 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., subject to all reservations, exceptions, easements and other matters which appear of record, and subject to all unpaid taxes, if any, the following described property, together with the improvements thereon and appurtenances thereunto belonging, situate in Raleigh County, West Virginia, more particularly described as follows:
Being Lot No. 2, Section 6, as the same appears on a Map entitled “Map of Lots Subdivision of West Wickham, West Virginia” recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, in Map Book 7, at Page 114.
Being the same property from Frank D. Fox, et al. to Caleb Andrew Brooks and Angela Lynn Brooks by Deed dated October 9, 2020, of record in the aforesaid Clerk’s office on Roll No. 5072, at page 6890.
INCLUDING A 2021, TRU MH THRILL, 28 X 56.
