RALEIGH COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 15th day of May, 2025 in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 1/2 North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 4:00 PM, the Planning and Zoning Commission of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the application of Robert D. & Margaret M. Kreitz for the purpose of a Residential Sub-division (Serenity Ridge). The present zoning of the property to be affected is (R1) Residential and the proposed Zoning is to be (R1) Residential. The property contains 530 acres, more or less and is located in the Richmond District, Tax Map 5, Parcel 15.3 Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by May 14th, 2025, will be considered.
