NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 13th day of May, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Double Down Properties for the purpose of side road/ROW setback variance and for a Conditional Use Permit for a garage only on property located at 154 Union Hall Road, Beckley, WV, Town District, Tax Map 600-12, Parcel 43, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by May 12th, 2025, will be considered.
