The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) is soliciting Bids for Audio Visual equipment and installation for the remodel of one of its lecture rooms. Bids must comply with the applicable provisions of the West Virginia Code.
A Copy of the Request for Bid (RFB) will be available for download under the Legal Notices section at www.wvsao.gov and on the Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC) Purchasing and Finance Website. All bids be submitted in accordance with the RFB as issued.
Pre-Bid Meeting:
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday, May 09, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Executive Conference Room TC 102, WVSOM Testing Center, Lewisburg, WV. All firms wishing to submit bids must attend.
Bid Submission and Opening:
• Bid Opening: Sealed Bids must be received no later than May 21, 2025, by 1:00 PM (EST). Late proposals will not be considered.
• Bid Opening: The bid opening will be held on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Executive Conference Room TC 102, WVSOM Testing Center, Lewisburg, WV. The public is invited to attend.
