PUBLIC NOTICE
The structures listed below are unsafe, dangerous to the life, health, property or safety of the public, unfit for human occupancy, in disrepair, lack maintenance, constitutes a hazard to the public and creates an attractive nuisance. The owners of record or responsible parties failed to acknowledge the Notice of Violation or failed to remedy the violations or respond to the Order to remedy. The owners are ordered to appear before the Honorable Judge of the Municipal Court, City of Beckley, 169 Industrial Drive, at 2:30 p.m., Monday, June 2, 2025 to show cause why the City should not be granted an immediate order of demolition of the substandard structure with all costs assessed to the owners and/or responsible parties.
