NOTICE TO INSURANCE FIRMS
The Raleigh County Board of Education is seeking Expressions of Interest from Insurance Firms/Agents for providing agent of record services for Workers Compensation Insurance. Expressions must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in documents available from the Raleigh County Board of Education. The contract period shall be one year from the date of the award. At the option of both parties, this contract may be renewed for periods of up to one year, not to exceed two additional years, providing both the Board and the Agent agree to such renewals. The contract start date is July 1, 2025.
Insurance Firms are invited to submit an expression of interest, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than the 15th of May 2025, close of business, 3:30 pm EST at the Office of the Purchasing Director, Auxiliary Services Complex, Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley WV 25801.
Neither dating of expression of interest nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Expressions of Interest and documents must be received on or before date and time stated.
Documentation with scope of work, pertinent information, and submittal requirements for the firm’s expression of interest may be obtained at the above address.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and expressions of interest and will conduct discussions with at least two of the professional firms deemed to be most highly qualified to provide the services required, rank such firms in order of preference and submit to the Raleigh County Board of Education for approval.

The Raleigh County Board of Education or designee reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make such selection as deemed to be in the best interest of Raleigh County Schools.
