BANKING PROPOSAL
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Raleigh County Board of Education is seeking proposals for interest bearing demand account to serve as depository for the Board of Education’s general current expense funds for a three (3) year period of July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2028. The Raleigh County Board of Education would also like proposals for interest bearing savings account. In addition, the Raleigh County Board of Education will accept proposals for credit cards or other purchasing alternatives (i.e., purchase cards) services for the same time period. Proposals must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications, and instructions set forth in documents available from the Raleigh County Board of Education.
Banks are invited to submit proposals, to include a statement of qualifications, performance data, and other material information desired no later than the 15th of May 2025, close of business, 3:30 pm EST at the Office of the Purchasing Director, Auxiliary Services Complex, Raleigh County Board of Education, 104 Allen Avenue, Beckley, WV 25801.
Neither dating of expression of interest nor placing in mail by this date will meet requirements. Expressions of Interest and documents must be received on or before date and time stated.
Documentation with scope of work, pertinent information, and submittal requirements for the firm’s expression of interest may be obtained at the above address.
A selection team will evaluate the statements of qualifications and proposals then submit to the Raleigh County Board of Education for approval.
