NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE
PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BECKLEY
Notice is hereby given that the City of Beckley Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, the 3rd of June 2025 in Council Chambers of the Beckley Municipal Building, 409 South Kanawha Street, in the City of Beckley on the petition of Mountaineer Gas Company, owner, requesting Site Plan approval for a 14,529 sq. ft. warehouse and administrative space and a second building to be 1,867 sq. ft. for welding located on Grey Flats Road (Tax Map 48, Parcel 2) in a Manufacturing Zoning District.
Anyone wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be at the time and place indicated and must register to speak prior to the start of the meeting.
