NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
This is notice that on the 10th day of June, 2025, in the Raleigh County Commission Courtroom at 116 ½ North Heber Street, Beckley, West Virginia, at 5:00 PM, the Board of Zoning Appeals of Raleigh County, West Virginia, will hold a public hearing upon the petition of Douglas E. Jarrell/Debra Berry for the purpose of Conditional Use permit for office or retail space on property located at 618 Flat Top Road, Shady Spring, WV, Shady Spring District, Tax Map 27, Parcel 44, Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Any person wishing to be heard concerning this matter should be present at the time and place indicated above. Written comments concerning this matter received by June 9th, 2025, will be considered.
