Holdings, LLC d/b/a AAA Mini Storage will hold a public auction to sell personal property held at it’s self-storage facilities to satisfy a self-storage lien on the property of DAVID WILLIAMS S37, KASSIDY HANKINS S43, TYLER HESSON S75, YVONNE BROWN S98, DANIEL NEELY #C7, RODNEY PACK C27, COUNRTY ROADS PHARMACY F67, 68, 71 & 75, and JUSTIN SHREWSBURY F36 & 60.
Public Auction will take place at, 612 Stanaford Road Beckley, Thurs. June 12, 2025 at 10:00am, and 475 Cranberry Drive, Beckley & 598 Bolt Road, Fairdale immediately following.
This is a full bin auction.
All units subject to a $50.00 refundable deposit. Buyer has 48 hours to empty the unit or deposit and unit contents is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
10% buyer’s premium (or $10 minimum) for this auction.
