Public notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at 7:00 PM in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Dawn Kieninger for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request permission for a Bed & Breakfast, Recreational Facility, and a Home Occupation (related to horses and equestrian activities) at 23439 Midland Trail E, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Open Space Conservation, located in the Lewisburg district, described in Deed Book 556 on Page 508 and shown on Tax Map 06 as Parcel 24.
