Notice is hereby given that the following has been appealed from the action of the City Manager in refusing to grant the following zoning permit:

Application #10,368 by Mary Sanderson to install a four-foot chain-link fence in the front and side yard of
1001 Albermarle Street.

• Reason for Refusal: Section 44-90 Accessory uses in residential areas. A fence or enclosure wall shall not exceed a height of three feet when located along the front line or when located on any sideline, from the front lot line to the setback line. All wire fences are prohibited along front and side lines, except by approval of the zoning board of adjustment.

Application #10,369 by Richard Marshall to install a four-foot chain-link fence in the front and side yard
of 1109 James Street.
