LOGAN COUNTY PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT

NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING

The Public Service Board of Logan County Public Service District (the “District”) will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 5:30 p.m., prevailing time, at the District’s office at 41 Armory Road, Monaville, West Virginia, for the following purposes:

1. To consider and adopt a proposed Bond Resolution authorizing its Water Revenue Bonds (Telemetry System Upgrade Project) Series 2025 A (West Virginia Infrastructure Fund), in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed $400,000 (the “Bonds”), to permanently finance a portion of the costs of certain improvements to the existing public water system of the District (the “Project”).

2. To consider and adopt proposed Supplemental Resolution approving the terms and other provisions of the Bonds.

3. To consider and approve all other resolution documents and matters in connection with the Project.

4. To consider other matters related to the operation of the District.

This meeting is open to the press and the public, and any person interested may attend such meeting.
