Notice is hereby given that an application for Operator Assignment has been submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) located at 1159 Nick Rahall Greenway, Fayetteville, WV, 25840 for permit number(s): U015282 held by Pocahontas Coal Company LLC, 109 Appalachian Dr, Beckley, WV 25801. This application will assign Bee, B&B, LLC, 29 Porter Hill, Stanville, KY 41659 as an operator on the permit(s) named above.
Comments on the application shall be in writing and shall identify the applicant and application number and should be sent to the DEP at the address above. Comments received by August 29, 2025, or thirty (30) days from date of publication, will be considered.
