SECOND READINGS ON BECKLEY VAPE/SMOKE SHOP ORDINANCE AND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING
TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE BACK TO THE WEST VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
AND HUMAN RESOURCES,
AN AGENCY OF THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the City of Beckley Common Council and Public Hearings and Second Readings on the Beckley Vape/Smoke Shop Ordinance and Ordinance authorizing the transfer of a 2.204 acre portion of Parcel 14, Tax Map 50 located on Eisenhower Drive (US Route 19, a paved/public right of way) City of Beckley District, Raleigh County, West Virginia, will be held on
August 12, 2025 at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers at Beckley City Hall, 409 S. Kanawha Street, Beckley, West Virginia.
The public is invited to attend and speak at the Public Hearings.
Copies of the Ordinances are available for review at Beckley City Hall Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
